Log in: Access your account on the Startup India portal (www.startupindia.gov.in).
Access the form: Navigate to the recognition section and select the option to apply for the 80-IAC tax exemption.
Fill out details: Specify accurate details, including your startup&rsquo;s legally registered name, date of incorporation, business address, incorporation number, nature of business (LLP or PLC), DIPP number, and contact details (email, phone and PAN).
Upload PDFs: Ensure all required financial statements, pitch decks and incorporation deeds are uploaded correctly in PDF format.
Submit for review: Once submitted, the Inter-Ministerial Board will review your application based on your innovation grading and wealth-generation potential before granting the certification.
